You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page: music.fitnessplayer.io/login

If this doesn’t work, your administrator or FitnessPlayer Support can help you reset it manually.

During registration, a six-digit verification code is sent to your email address. Please check both your inbox and spam folder.

If you still haven’t received the code, your administrator or FitnessPlayer Support can manually connect your account to the correct company and activate your login.

Unfortunately, support cannot add songs directly to the music library. You can suggest songs via the request page at music.fitnessplayer.io

Please include a link to the song in the comment field if possible.

Yes. Your playlists are linked to your account and will follow you when you move to a new company.

No. When you share a playlist, the recipient receives a separate copy.

Changes you make to your version will not be reflected in the recipient’s copy.

Yes. If you delete a shared playlist, it will also be removed for the recipient.

The light theme is no longer available. It was removed based on user feedback and may return in an updated version in the future.

Temporary issues can sometimes occur. Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. If the problem persists, contact FitnessPlayer Support for assistance.

Each account can be logged in on up to five devices simultaneously. Remove old or unused devices in the app settings, or contact Support for help.

FitnessPlayer has moved from .se to .io to use a single global platform. This change does not affect functionality — the .io domain is now the official one.

FitnessPlayer Onboarding is a live webinar where you get an introduction to the platform and can ask questions.

It’s held every Wednesday at 12:00 (CET), and the meeting link is sent via email after registration.

Each gym or company has one or more administrators who manage users. Contact your current administrator or FitnessPlayer Support to be added as an admin.

Once added, you can log in at admin.fitnessplayer.se using your username and password.

Administrators can upload videos themselves. First upload the video to Vimeo, set it to “Hide from Vimeo”, then copy the link in this format:

https://player.vimeo.com/video/VIDEO-ID

Add the link under “Videos & PDF” in the correct playlist in FitnessPlayer.
